About Us and Our products
After thirty years of cooking and baking for restaurants, and dining halls from
Nevada to Alaska, my wife and I have started a small commercial bakery of our
own!
Our first family efforts in the business of commercial cooking was aided by our
two daughters, Robin and Rhema who joined us in the kitchen of “Joel’s Place”,
a faith based skate park and youth ministry, where we volunteered to cook meals
on Friday nights for about 75 people. Later the idea to bake snacks for public sale
developed, and we started using the kitchen commercially on off hours.
The girls were eventually off to college while Peggy and I concentrated on ‘raising’
the bakery, which has grown into a delivery service bakery, for a number
of espresso shops and individuals here in Fairbanks as well as offering gluten-free goods and decorated cakes.
We continue to grow, and are now offering this web site as an outlet for the bakery.From here you can learn
about our business and the goods we make, services provided, as well as place orders,
and find our contact information.
Our bakery is inspected, certified and licensed by the state of Alaska, and we strive to exceed all requirements for health and
safety, to provide our customers with, "quality,value, and homemade goodness in a delivery bakery"!
